Spinach Canapes

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
2 lg. eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. butter
1 cup stuffing cubes
1/2 cup cheese, grated
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook spinach, drain, press out water. When cooled. Add eggs. Mix well and then add butter, stuffing mix and cheese. Mix together. Make little balls and freeze until ready to use. Bake in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
