Baked Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

4 sweet potatoes
1-1/2 to 2 tsbp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter or margarine

INSTRUCTIONS

Using fork, pierce each potato. Wrap in foil. Bake at 400°F for 1 hour. Cream together sugar, cinnamon and margarine. Slice top of potatoes. Use butter mixture as topping for potatoes.
