Baked Bean Enchiladas

INGREDIENTS

1 can (28 oz.) baked beans
1 cup cheddar cheese
1-1/3 cups picante sauce
10 (7-inch) corn or flour tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine beans and 1/3 cup picante sauce. Evenly spoon mixture in center of each tortilla. Roll and place seam side down in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Spread with remaining picante sauce. Cover and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes).
