Balsamic Pesto

INGREDIENTS

2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine basil, cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, oil and bread crumbs in food processor. Pulse to combine. Add vinegar and process until smooth.
