INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. sake
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well.

Will keep short periods if refrigerated. Serve: as a dip for meat balls or egg rolls.
