Mama's Tomato and Apple Jam

Servings: 2 pints

INGREDIENTS

1 lemon, chopped
1 pint tomatoes
2 cups diced apples
3 cups sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook lemon until tender in a small amount of water. Add remaining ingredients and boil mixture until thick and clear. Cool slightly; pour into sterile jars and seal.
