Green Tomato Jam

Servings: 1 batch

INGREDIENTS

2 lb. green tomatoes
1 lemon
1 cup water
3 cup sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice tomatoes and lemon thinly. Put tomatoes, lemon and sugar into a pot with the water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Transfer to a warmed sterile jars.
