Lentil and Bean Curry Soup

INGREDIENTS
3 cups water
1-3/4 cups chicken broth
1 pkg. lentil pilaf mix
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 can (16 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15-1/2 oz) Great Northern beans
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot combine the water, broth, dry lentil mix and seasonings from packet, and curry powder. Bring mixture to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Add peas; cook, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes more until lentils are tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes and beans; heat through.
