Gina's Middle Eastern Stew

INGREDIENTS
3 cups water
1-1/4 cups lentils (8 oz.)
2 cups water
2 cups cubed potatoes
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
2 cloves garlic
1 vegetable bouillon cube with 1 cup boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 cup sliced zuchinni
1 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook 3 cups water and lentils until barely tender. Add vegetables and rest of ingredients. Cook for 50 minutes on a medium heat. Place lemon wedges over stew on plate.
