INGREDIENTS

1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. ghee

INSTRUCTIONS

Take a thick-bottomed vessel and place all the ingredients in it. Cook over a low fire, stirring all the while. When the mixture starts leaving the sides and forms a ball, remove from the fire. Spread into a greased thali. Cut into shapes while still hot. Cool and store.
