Banana Peel Raita

INGREDIENTS
1 to 2 banana peels
500 grams curds
2 ripe bananas
Rock salt, to taste
Artificial sweetener or sugar, to taste
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. jeera powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the washed banana peels in a little water in an open pan. Chop these finely. Chop the bananas. Churn curds. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and serve cold.
