Nance Ericksen McKinney reviewed Norwegian Snow Ball Doughnuts
This look like the abbleskiver(sic)recipe that my grandmother made at Christmas time. You could add raisins or apples or what ever fruit that you had on hand in the middle of the winter. Instead of dropping by the spoonful into the grease, you cooked it on a abbleskiver griddle. February 14, 2000
