INGREDIENTS
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Purée all five ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Drizzle with a little olive oil before serving and chopped parsley.
CHEF COMMENTS
Great with toasted pita chips of felafel!

Something seemed to be missing from this recipe. It also was too thick, so I had to add some water. It's a good recipe for plain eaters but I need some extra spices.
