Grilled Portabella Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

8 large portabella mushrooms
Virgin olive oil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cayanne pepper
Paprika
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean and stem mushrooms. With the bottoms up in a shallow pan, add dry ingredients to taste and cover entire mushroom with olive oil. I usually let the mushrooms soak up all the oil before I turn it to season the other side. Do the same for the other side. Let the mushrooms marinate for at least a hour and grill bottom side down first. Grill each side for about 5 -7 minutes (depends on how large and thick your mushrooms are). Serve immediately.
