Peanut Butter Cream Cookie Cake

INGREDIENTS
Cake
1 pkg. of your favorite white cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1-1/4 cups peanut butter sandwich cookies, coarsely crushed
Frosting:
1/2 can of your favorite vanilla frosting
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 to 3 tbsp. milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Gently fold in crushed cookies. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
In a small bowl, combine frosting, peanut butter and milk; beat until smooth. Spread evenly over cake. Garnish with additional crushed peanut butter cookies, if desired.
CHEF COMMENTS
High Altitude - Above 3,500 feet:
Add 1/4 cup flour to dry cake mix. Increase water to 1-1/4 cups; decrease oil to 1/4 cup
