Creamy Brussels Sprouts

INGREDIENTS

4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. garlic salt
16 oz. sour cream
3 pkg. (10 oz. each) brussels sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cheese and mayonnaise; stirring until smooth. Add lemon juice and garlic salt. Stir in sour cream, mixing well. Cover; chill overnight. To serve, cook brussels sprouts according to package directions; drain. Warm sour cream mixture in top of a double boiler; add cooked brussels sprouts. Serve immediately.
