Vegetable Beef Soup

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. beef soup bones
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) tomatoes
2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, with tops, sliced
2 medium onions, diced
2 medium potatoes, diced
3 cups water
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients in Crock Pot. Cover; cook on low 8-12 hours (High: 4-6 hours).
