Cottage Cheese-Herb Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 cup cottage cheese, creamed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. salad dressing (mayonnaise)
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
1 dash pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients in a blender, scraping sides of blender jar with a spatula. Blend as required until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
