INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup mayonnaise (homemade is best)
6 eggs, hardboiled and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento, for garnish
2 tbsp. finely chopped scallion tops
1/4 tsp. hot mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the sour cream/yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and garlic together. Add the egg, then the other ingredients and mix well. Garnish with the pimiento.
