Pickled Brussels Sprouts

INGREDIENTS
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen Brussels sprouts
1-1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. oregano
1 dash freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook Brussels sprouts according to package directions; drain. Put in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and pour over Brussels sprouts. Cover dish and store in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
