INGREDIENTS

1 lb. dry curd cottage cheese
2 tbsp. Ethiopian spiced butter
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all of the ingredients, being careful not to break up the curds.

CHEF COMMENTS

This is another basic. The classic Ethiopian meal consists of many small courses.
