Mint Chutney

Servings: 12 servings

INGREDIENTS

10 tbsp. finely chopped mint leaves
2 tbsp. finely chopped coriander leaves
2 to 4 tbsp. lime juice
1 green chili, seeded and finely chopped
4 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. caster sugar
1/2 tsp. garam masala

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together all ingredients and briefly blend in a food processor. Serve in small bowls, surrounded by <A HREF="http://foodgeeks.com/recipes/type.phtml?cat_id=10&memb_id=3&sub_memb_id=9">pakoras</A>.
