Hot Sauce for Falafels

INGREDIENTS

1 cup vegetable broth
6 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tsp. red chili paste
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp. minced cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a pot. Over a medium heat simmer until slightly thickened, approximately 5 minutes.
