Yogurt Smoothie

Servings: 2 cups

INGREDIENTS

1 cup milk
1 carton (6 oz.) flavored yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit
Sugar, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In blender container combine milk, yogurt and fruit. Cover and blend until smooth. Add sugar to taste and blend for a few seconds more.
