Kentucky Pie

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 9-inch graham cracker crust

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients together with a wooden spoon until moistened and pour into pie crust. Bake at 325°F for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 30 minutes. Serve with whipped topping.

CHEF COMMENTS

This pie is very rich so serve in small wedges.
