INGREDIENTS
6 to 8 ripe avocados
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 lg. tomato, diced
2 jalapeƱo peppers, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dash cumin powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and pit avacodos. Mash coarsely with a fork, leaving bits of whole avocado. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve on lettuce or as a dip with tostados.
