Crabby Mushrooms

Servings: 12 pieces
INGREDIENTS
1 cup crab meat
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
12 mushroom stems, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced parsley
12 mushroom caps
Louisiana hot sauce, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl mix crab meat, bread crumbs, onion, cheese, salt, parsley and chopped mushroom stems. Add beaten egg and hot sauce to taste. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps. Bake at 300°F until tender, 15 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
