Garlic Mayonnaise Dip

Servings: 2 cups

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion (greens and whites)
2 cups mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the garlic, chopped green onion and the oil thoroughly. Add the mayonnaise and blend the mixture well, until the oil is absorbed into the mayonnaise. Cover and chill.

CHEF COMMENTS

Suggested dippers: asparagus, red bell pepper, broccoli, potato skins, roast beef, turkey.
