Cottage Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. milk
12 oz. cottage cheese, creamed
1/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 dash cayenne
1 tsp. onion salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Place milk, cottage cheese, salad dressing, garlic powder, cayenne, and onion salt in blender. Blend 1 minute or until cheese is smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl. Cover and chill. Serve with crisp vegetable sticks.

Calories per 1 tbsp. serving: approximately 25.
