Mushroom Caviar

Servings:
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup green onions, chopped (with tops)
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup mushroom, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. chopped dill
1/3 cup sour cream
Tomato slices
INSTRUCTIONS
Sauté the green onions in butter for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cayenne. Sauté 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in dill and sour cream. Serve garnished with tomato slices.
