Hazelnut, Brie and Apple Appetizer

INGREDIENTS

1 cup chopped Oregon hazelnuts, roasted
4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
8 oz. brie cheese, rind trimmed, at room temperature
1 tart apple, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend well the cream cheese with the brie cheese. Add the hazelnuts and apple; blend. Spread on melba toast or crackers.
