INGREDIENTS

1 lb. regular, low-fat or non-fat Bison Cottage Cheese
1 cup mild, medium or hot salsa
1/4 cup sliced pitted black olives
Chopped jalapeƱos, to taste
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread cottage cheese onto serving plate. Top with layer of salsa. Sprinkle with sliced olives and chopped jalapeƱos. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
