INGREDIENTS
4 pork loin chops, well trimed
2 md. apples, peeled, cored, sliced
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown chops quickly, drain well. Arrange layer of apples in crock, then layer of chops; repeat. Dot with butter sprinkle with nutmeg. Add salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
