Salted Almonds

INGREDIENTS

Almonds
Butter or oil
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Blanch and dry almonds, then place in a pan of boiling butter or oil, stirring all the time until pale brown. Take out of pan and place on a piece of paper to drain. Sprinkle freely with salt. When cold, shake off loose salt.
