Goya Arroz con Pollo

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Goya Arroz Amarillo
3 chicken leg quarters
2 cups water
1 pkg. Goya ham flavoring
3/4 cup peas and carrots, frozen
1 tbsp. olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat electric frypan to 325°F. Add oil to hot pan. Brown chicken leg quarters in oil. Add rice and stir until rice is translucent. Reduce heat to 200°F. Add water. Cook for 20 minutes. Add peas and carrots and let steam for 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with ham flavoring.
