Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Servings: 2 dozen

INGREDIENTS

2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
3 cups oats (I prefer quick-cook but any are fine)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and oats; mix well. Drop by tsp. on to wax paper. Let cool until set.
