Frangelico Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

32 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup Frangelico
Graham cracker crust

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients well. Pour into pie crust or a graham cracker crust pressed into a springform pan. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake 40 to 50 minutes. Chill before serving.
