Garbanzos and Couscous

INGREDIENTS
1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1-1/2 cups cooked couscous
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients except cousous in crock-pot. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Add couscous during last 15 minutes of cooking.
