Taffy Apple Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
6 apples, cut into wedges
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture on a small serving plate; top with nuts. Serve with apple wedges.
