Sesame Chicken Strips

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. dried minced onion
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup butter-flavor crackers, crushed
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 lb. chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and cut in 1/4-inch strips
Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine mayonnaise, onion and mustard. In another bowl, combin the crackers and sesame seeds. Dip strips into mayonnaise mixture, then into the seed mixture. Place in a single layer on a large greased baking sheet. Bake at 425°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until juices run clear. Combine sauce ingredients and serve with strips.
