reviewed Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe is missing a key ingredient - salt! I followed the recipe and when I tasted the first batch, yuck. I added salt to the remaining batter and the cookies tasted much better. About a teaspoon should do it for the full recipe. This recipe might be a good way to use up some extra pumpkin, and might be somewhat more nutritious than regular chocolate chip cookies, but I wouldn't say the cookies are any tastier. May or may not make again.
