Lemon Angel Food Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. angel food cake mix
1 pkg. lemon pudding pie filling (prepared according to pkg. directions)
1/2 pint whipping cream
Few drops of yellow food coloring
1/2 cup coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions. Cool. Prepare pie filling according to pkg. instruction. Cool. Whip cream until stiff, add food coloring. Fold into pie filling mixture. Split cake, making 2 layers. Spread pie filling between layers and on top and sides of cake. Sprinkle coconut over top and the sides of cake. Chill. Can also decorate with jelly beans.
