Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and egg (batter will be stiff). Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop level tablespoonfuls and rollinto balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350°Ffor 15-18 minutes or until browned.
