No-Cook Cranberry Relish

SERVINGS

1 cups scale / convert

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 md. orange, peeled
1 tbsp. sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until coarsely chopped. Cover and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
