Mexican Deviled Eggs

Servings: 16 servings

INGREDIENTS

8 eggs, hard boiled and halved
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup salsa
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1 tbsp. sour cream
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Mash the yolks with cheese, mayo, salsa, onions, sour cream and salt. Evenly fill the whites. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

This recipe was awesome, it took all the boring tastes of regular deviled eggs and spiced it up a little. It was a great way of getting rid of all those easter eggs. The only thing I did diferent was add a dash or two of dill (I love dill so I put in almost anything) they were very good.
