INGREDIENTS
4 jars (48 oz. each) great northern beans
4 cups chopped onion
2 lb. dark brown sugar
2 lb. cubed cooked ham
1 bottle (28 oz.) ketchup
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Divide among 4 greased 13x9x2 baking pans. Cover tightly; bake at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours. Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes more.
