Creamy Caramel Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup cold milk
1 pkg. (3-3/8 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
Assorted fresh fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and pudding mix, beating well after each addition. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve as a dip for fruit.

Mmm... Yummy! I really enjoyed licking the spoon for this recipe. So much so, that I would keep sticking the spoon back in so I could eat more! Maybe I'll try dipping fruit in it next... :)
