Baked Eggs and Ham

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup seasoned croutons
2 tbsp. ham, chopped
1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melt
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cheddar cheese, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

In a greased shallow 2-cup baking dish toss the croutons, ham and butter. Break the eggs carefully on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until eggs reach desired doneness.
