Red and Green Hot Salsa

INGREDIENTS

1 medium tomato, diced
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1/2 cup good olive oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1-1/2 tbsp. red jalapeno, minced
1-1/2 tbsp. green jalapeno, minced
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and season to taste with salt. Refrigerate for at least four hours to let the flavors "marry". Serve with your favorite chips.
