Party Pinwheels

INGREDIENTS

4 (12-inch) flour tortillas
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
2 green onions, minced
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 small can black olives, drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and green onions. Spread mixture on tortillas. Sprinkle with celery, red peppers and black olives. Roll and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill at least two hours, but overnight is better. Cut off roll ends and then slice rolls into one inch pieces.
